What is the hotel room cancellation policy?

If you reserved a room via the Dreamforce registration process, cancellations must be made according to the hotels cancellation policy (between two weeks and five days prior to arrival, depending on the hotel). Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s room and tax. Please check the Official Hotel Listing for your hotel’s specific cancellation policy:
