Dreamforce Mobile App: Issues & Questions
1) If you are having issues with the the Dreamforce mobile app, please join the Salesforce Events App Support; in the Success Community. This group will also be used to share the latest updates and status about the "Salesforce Events Mobile App." You can also access the group by going to Dreamforce.com and logging in with your user name and password. From there, click on "collaboration," then select "groups," and then you can search for the "Salesforce Events app support" Please ask your question in this group, and someone will be able to assist you. You can also go to success.salesforce.com to access this group.
2) During the week of Dreamforce, you can also visit the Mobile App Help Desk. They are located at Moscone West.
3) You can access your agenda, sessions, maps, partners and more at www.dreamforce.com if you can't download the app.
4) If you are trying to login but see an "error" try quitting and restarting the app. If that does not work, we suggest you delete and reinstall the app.
